The Area

All our properties are based in Combe Down, which has the advantage of being one of the closest areas to the University for student lets. It also offers level access so makes walking and cycling easy options.

A footpath from Claverton Down where the University is located to Combe Down provides walkers and cyclists with quick access to the Uni and keeps them off the road for a good part of the journey.

Combe Down has a good range of shops, pubs and takeaways. There are also good transport links to the University and into the city. Most of the properties have off street parking and there are no restricted parking measures outside any of the houses.

Buses

The '20A' runs every half hour during the week (not Sundays) from Combe Down to the University and the '20C' makes the return journey. It takes approximately 10 minutes each way. The number '1' runs every thirty minutes from Combe Down into the city and again just takes a few minutes. Further details are available from First bus on 0845 606 4446 or on the First Group website.
