- All inclusive pricing - The fixed rent price includes Gas, Electricity, Water rates, Television Licence, Broadband with unlimited download and all local and national telephone calls (premium numbers excluded).
- Prompt Attention - Many landlords own property purely as an investment and hold down full-time jobs. Others rely on letting agents. It can be hard to get a problem dealt with promptly if the property is not their main focus. We are available all the time and are committed to resolving any problems quickly and efficiently.
- Maintenance contracts - We maintain all the boilers in our properties on service contracts assuring the promptest response in the event of a problem.
- Gardening - Most of our gardens are low maintenance and we do any gardening that is required. You don't even have to think about it!
- Mattresses - For the last two years all our new mattresses have been high spring count hotel quality.
- Commitment to the future - We're always looking at ways to improve the quality of the properties and the service that we provide. We were among the first to commit to the B&NES accreditation scheme and we were quick to provide broadband networks in our houses. In the near future we plan to ensure that all rooms have Freeview compatible television sockets giving people the option to watch over forty television channels and a huge range of digital radio stations.
